Rodrigo Moreno Gómez

A Law graduate from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), he has over twenty-five years of professional experience, during which he has specialized as a litigation attorney in constitutional, tax, and administrative matters.

He has been involved in various legal proceedings related to the interpretation and enforcement of tax regulations, constitutional defense, and administrative litigation, including several high-profile cases of significant social, political, and economic relevance.

Since 1999, he has had the privilege of working with some of the most prestigious law firms in Mexico, including García Alcocer Abogados, S.C., and Zínser, Esponda y Gómez Mont, S.C.

He has completed several diploma programs and participated in seminars, primarily focused on tax, regulatory, and constitutional law. In 2015, he completed a Specialization in Tax Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
