About Luisa

She holds a Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), where she was awarded the Academic Excellence Prize and graduated with Honors. A Fulbright Scholar, she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University, where she was recognized as a Constitutional Law Fellow.

She has over 20 years of experience in constitutional and administrative litigation. In the judiciary, she served at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the Federal Judiciary of Mexico. She participated in the Investigative Commission on human rights violations in the ABC Daycare case in Sonora, Mexico, worked in the Office of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and completed a research residency at the Spanish Constitutional Court.

In the private sector, she has led high-stakes constitutional cases, achieving favorable outcomes for prominent clients in the telecommunications, broadcasting, real estate, mobility, and banking sectors, among others.

In the academic field, she has taught at ITAM, Universidad Panamericana, and CIDE. She currently teaches the Legal Reasoning course in the Master’s Program in Constitutional Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. She has published various articles in national and international journals and is a regular speaker at academic forums.
